The Corporate Finance session walked through the ASC’s disclosure observations outlined in the Corporate Finance Disclosure Report, including disclosure considerations related to COVID-19. The session expanded upon what was published within the report and include relevant examples and reminders to help reporting issuers deliver the highest quality disclosure and financial reporting.

The Oil and Gas session addressed disclosure deficiencies observed by the ASC, including errors, omissions and potentially misleading information, as well as disclosure requirements with respect to NI 51-101 Standards of Disclosure for Oil and Gas Activities.
